Two service paths for drivers and companies

Quality Pro is an authorised Bosch Car Service workshop that looks after premium cars and company fleets and handles insurance claims from start to finish. The website was to clearly separate the offer for private and business customers and shorten the way to contact.

Our scope of work

• analysis of the offer, target audience and competitors, plus the site's information architecture
• UX/UI design refined separately for desktop and mobile
• separate paths for private customers and for companies and fleets
• pages for servicing and claims handling
• drivers' reviews from Google and quick phone contact
• technical SEO at launch: heading structure, meta data, friendly URLs and a sitemap
• performance optimisation: light images, lazy loading and a minimum of unnecessary scripts

Outcome

The whole website received a bold red and white look in line with the brand and large workshop photos that show the scale and professionalism of the service.
